- Operational Audit: directed complex audit assignments within a European audit team of 30+ auditors. - Perimeter Covered: managed risks for perimeters encompassing ~500 employees each across France and Luxembourg, protecting assets for UBS France (CHF 18 Billion AuM) and UBS Luxembourg (CHF 9 Billion AuM). - Risk Assessment & Monitoring: conducted continuous risk assessment (KRIs, regulatory watch) and validated strategic action plans required by internal/external auditors and regulators.
- Crisis Audit: operated within a core team of 15 group internal auditors during an intense restructuring phase under enhanced ECB supervision (Group workforce: 1,200 employees). - Risk Management: audited credit models, watch-list/NPL processes, Central Bank refinancing mechanisms, and AML/CFT frameworks for a €172 Billion loan portfolio managed in run-off.
