Maintain functionality of public workstations, printing stations, and study room technology. Support access to campus accounts, library databases, learning platforms, and online resources. Assist with equipment setup, software updates, and routine technology maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, printers, scanners, Wi-Fi, academic software, and library technology systems.
