Independent project management in liaison with all company support functions (Product Development / Process / Validation / Industrialization / Purchasing / Quality / Logistics) and reporting to line management. Management by KPI and control of Timing / Cost / Budget / Quality aspects, in compliance with internal procedures and quality standards (APQP, D-/P-FMEA, PPAP up to SOP). Identification and analysis of customer/market needs and issues in terms of new products or improvements to existing technologies in the Automotive Interiors, Driver Assistance (LiDAR), Thermal Comfort (HVAC / Airvents / Seatvents) fields. Design and development of new products in line with defined strategy Responsible for concept design, dimensioning, calculations/simulations Interaction with Key Account Managers in the prospective phase, technical referent in customer communication, technical support to customers in the project phase. Responsible for technology watch and identification of sources of differentiation
