I am a highly accomplished manager with a proven ability to build, lead and motivate teams in workshop and fleet management environments following on from a successful career in the military. It can sometimes be the case that projects fall behind schedule or unanticipated obstacles cause delays but I take the time to minimise the chances of this happening to ensure an on time, in full and on budget completion. I am a highly strategic thinker, able to see the bigger picture with an aptitude for reviving failing or underperforming operations. I identify opportunities for improvement around process efficiency or the use of financial resources to maximise productivity and achieve cost savings.
