To develop and deliver the ongoing strategy for Insurance Quality Assurance (QA), including the strategy for Insurance partner governance, and developing the capability for exceptional customer operations and claims outcomes, by providing support across a range of functions that impact the end-to-end customer experience and drive optimal financial outcomes for the Business. • Provide support to Insurance Strategic Leaders and Business Leaders in identifying opportunities to improve their operating models based on QA outcomes • Work with Group functions such as CRO and Group Partnering to ensure alignment and coordination • To provide leadership to both on and offshore teams and take ownership of the end-to-end Quality and Governance delivery for Insurance, • Design and execute the Quality Assurance Framework ensuring adequacy of internal controls across claims and operations domains, in addition to process adherence, compliance and technical capability • Design and execute the Performance Improvement Framework to ensure Statutory schemes and third-party contracts address identified quality assurance requirements and identified issues. • Design and execute the Procedural Governance Framework to ensure high quality procedures across all Statutory schemes and external contracts as well as compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements. • Promote positive risk culture by utilising the Group and Insurance frameworks. • Provide direct support to the Strategic and Business Leaders across insurance in leveraging the QA&G outcomes in improving their customer outcomes • Manage relationships with relevant third-party providers to ensure that high levels of service are provided in accordance with contractual requirements

My Role : • Building and using talent acquisition systems and workforce planning analytic tools, partner with Hospitals to deliver proactive workforce solutions that respond to workforce demand. • Responsible for implementing the talent acquisition strategy for the allocated region, to deliver talent pools for assigned hospitals across Australia. • Develop talent pools using contemporary talent acquisition methods and manage these using proactive and structured communication practices. • Negotiating contracts with skilled Doctors and Hospitals • Effectively advertising the roles to attract the right doctors. • Screening, interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at Hospitals • Organizing interviews and selection events • Facilitating on-boarding, necessary documents and checks, travel and accommodation for the successful doctors and helping them with any post placement concerns.
