Hello! I am Vinay Paul, a Kochi-based Product designer. I am an eternal optimist, there’s always a better, more beautiful way and I enjoy looking for it. My approach to design is holistic, expectations are high, details are considered, and empathy is everything. People and their experience are central to my work, in which I prioritize quality and inclusive execution. Importantly, I cannot achieve this alone. I thrive among unique, talented individuals. I inspire positivity and energy with colleagues and within organizations. And I’m energized by the possibilities in our field. But work does not define me - family, friends, travel, music, machines, spice, puns, and food do. On the side, I help rookie designers to break into the design world through mentorship programs.
