I operate at the intersection of planning, supplier strategy, and digital transformation within regulated manufacturing environments. With 14+ years across inventory planning, strategic sourcing, and global supply chain systems, I focus on designing resilient supply networks that balance service, cost, and capital efficiency. My core strength lies in inventory and supply planning optimization — aligning demand variability, capacity constraints, and supplier ecosystems to protect revenue while improving working capital performance. I have led cross-functional initiatives spanning planning, procurement, and supply chain IT transformation, driving measurable impact in cash-to-cash cycle performance, forecast reliability, and supply continuity across multi-site operations. My experience includes navigating complex stakeholder environments across commercial, finance, quality, and manufacturing functions within the medical device sector. I approach supply chain as an integrated system — not isolated functions — ensuring decisions reflect enterprise-level tradeoffs between risk, service, and capital allocation. My focus is on building data-driven, digitally enabled operating models that strengthen resilience in regulated medtech and pharma environments.
