I work as Head Of Sales in Plant Engineering BU at Sweco Finland Oy. As a head of Sales my main task is to manage business activities focusing on financial sales targets of organization. I also act as a Sweco Nuclear Business Strategic Executive role and beside that I still want to perform Senior Consultant Management activities for Nuclear clients. My main responsibilities are to lead, develop and implement our plant engineering sales & business activities in Finland. As a consultant my day to day duty is normally to work with project engineering tasks on large scale projects in Loviisa NPP. This work include project management tasks like technical documentation approvals, supervision of manufacturing and management of installation & commissioning. I worked as a shift site manager / supervisor of turbine hall works in Fortum Loviisa nuclear power plant during annual outages 2014, 2015 & 2016. To continue on this I worked as a site installations manager on the Polar project inside the reactor building (2017 -2019) and also as a project manager in other project. As an site installations manager / supervisor I am responsible for safe and fault free installation and commissioning of Loviisa NPP. My managing tasks include all installation and supporting works made by dozens of international contractors. These works include such works as; preventive mechanical maintenance works, heavy lifts, insulation works, scaffolding works, cleaning, safety, etc..
