I did my Master's Thesis for Tieto, participating in the Finnish Cloud Software Program. I researched and developed software that elastically acquires computing capacity from cloud services for building Linux software packages. The system dynamically accommodates server capacity to load spikes, optimizing build cost and time by maintaining an optimal number of server instances in a build cluster. I familiarized myself with Open Build Service and Amazon's Elastic Compute Cloud and developed an elasticity manager program using Python and boto.
