I'm the kind of guy who likes to challenge himself. New things make me curious and overcoming obstacles of different kind is really enjoyable. Getting along with co-workers and friends is a thing I keep close to heart. Appriciating others well-being and having a "we" spirit is important. I am currently working as a Process Engineer (Pulp and Paper White Liquor Plant) at ANDRITZ Oy. I have finished my energy engineering bachelor studies at Jyväskylän Ammattikorkeakoulu (Polytechnic). During and after my studies I have worked in the forest industry (mainly pulp) and my job experience before my studies come from taxi driving and the military.
Process Operator at Metsä Fibre Bio Product Mill. Operation and proactive maintanance in recovery plant. The main task was to keep the process steady and going and alert backup when needed. My operating field consists of recovery boiler, steam turbine, fresh water plant, mill water treatment plant, causticizing, lime kiln and bark gasification plant.
A cooperative student rental work company that was founded to further improve cooperation between Jyväskylän University of Applied Sciences and local companies. Akseli Osuuskunta also helped students to further improve concrete engineering experience and earn some extra income during studies.
My job was to surveil four departments in the recovery plant, which were evaporation plant, causticizing facility, lime sludge reburning kiln and wastewater treatment plant. My job was to keep the process steady and ongo-ing and to do routine checks in my designated area and gather samples for the laboratory. Preventive maintanance was also a part of the job. I also participated in a demolition project called “Äki85 purkuprojekti” for three weeks. In the project my job was to clean industrial components and prepare them for demolition or trade.
