My responsibilities included: Managing ride-hailing platform at Karlovy Vary → multiplying the number of rides → established partnerships with fleet partners, → established Bolt Branding in the town. Quality ride control → reduced the cancelation rate, → build up new processes for quality and safety control. Partnerships → maintain current partnerships in the Czech market, → started new partnerships with platform for car services.
