I’m a people and culture achiever. I like calling myself an achiever because up to now my experience at international companies’ HR departments were mostly in executing projects with demanding goals. I held positions that cover various areas of people operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, employer branding, performance management and internal communications. I have strong company culture and communications skills. Lastly I’m a people tools geek interested and knowledgeable in ATS, HRIS, performance management and feedback tools.
