BİMTAŞ is an affiliate of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Technical Responsibilities: ▪ Conduct necessary examinations regarding zoning and relevant regulations during the general project development phase and keep track of the current situation. ▪ Manage continuous communication and relationships with all stakeholders in official institutions and the private sector. ▪ Participate in the activities of the Urbanism Group, which consists of BİMTAŞ, İMAR A.Ş., and KİPTAŞ. ▪ Ensure communication and coordination with relevant public and private institutions/organizations during the business development process; research new stakeholders, funding sources, grants, etc., establish connections, and integrate them into the project once officially received. ▪ Prepare the company's annual report. ▪ Prepare and update the Corporate PM Guide, methodologies and forms. ▪ Monitor and control ongoing projects, report risky situations to upper management. ▪ Conduct regular sectoral research to propose innovative approaches to strengthen the company's potential muscles. ▪ Project Management Office-PMO Administrative Responsibilities: ▪ Communicate with other department managers to establish workflows, and when necessary, provide guidance to units to enhance productivity and quality. ▪ Resolve issues proactively within the scope of authority before they reach the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations. ▪ Organize, attend, express opinions, report, and follow up on meetings with internal and external institutions and organizations, as authorized by the General Manager. ▪ Timely procure presentations, reports, and other documents requested from departments and present them to the General Manager. ▪ Consolidate and report requests from Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) Subsidiaries Coordination Directorate and other subsidiary companies to ensure approval by the General Manager. ▪ Track decisions made in meetings with IMM senior management and company management.
