My background is a bit unusual: I started as a software developer and UX designer before moving into agile delivery and project leadership. That means I actually understand what engineers are talking about, and can translate it in both directions, to the team and to the business. I tend to get called in when things are moving but not quite aligned: priorities unclear, ownership fuzzy, ways of working not quite fitting the team. I go in, listen, diagnose what's actually going on, and build something that works, not by the book, but for the specific context. Experience across automotive software (ECARX), enterprise AI and data platforms (Stora Enso), pharma (Up There, Everywhere), and two self-founded startups. Certified Scrum Master (PSM) and SAFe RTE.
