My work explores the physiological, aesthetic, and mnemonic sensations evoked by landscapes, gardens, and their vegetation. To give material form to these experiences, I work primarily with clay. Closely related to my ceramic practice, watercolor offers another space for color experimentation and for the development of initial ideas.
