As a motivated and highly skilled team leader with a deep focus on analytical method development and validation for HPLC, I am responsible for overseeing and supporting projects from both a budgetary and technical/scientific perspective. My expertise in customer project management has enabled me to excel in writing project proposals, developing testing strategies, and writing regulatory relevant documents. In my role, I supervise and lead a team of scientists, as well as supervise master students. I am committed to developing my team and ensuring that they maintain qualified GMP status. Additionally, I am responsible for recruiting and budget planning. Overall, I am dedicated to driving success in method development for our customers through my strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and attention to detail.
My PhD studies required a deep understanding of the structure-property relationship in organic materials as the research focus spans chemistry, physics and material science. My projects were addressed on the design and syntheses of ferrocene grafted phenylethynyl backbones that are rotationally restricted through cyclization. The mono- and bis-ferrocene macrocycles were envisaged as components in molecular electronics and as molecular machines. The interdisciplinary experiments between chemistry and physics were performed in collaboration with national and international research groups and culminated in the release of two first author publications in the European Journal of Organic Chemistry and in Organometallics.
