As a Services Engineer , i.e Maintenance of Emission Machines ( Pollution Machine ) at OEM , OEM Dealers and Petrol Pumps Maintain all Customer Data in Sap Maintain All Service Records Handling Customer related any Querry Independently Service Order Management, Collection & recovery of due payments, Co-ordination
Maintenance and servicing of vehicle emission testing machines. Installation and commissioning of Vehicle Fitness Centre (VFC) equipment. Software installation, PLC wiring, and integration with testing machines. Handling AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and customer service operations. Maintaining and updating customer service orders in SAP. Managing calibration data and service records. Preparing daily visit reports after field service activities. Providing technical support to OEMs, OEM dealers, government institutes, and retail customers. Achieving annual service and sales targets. Supporting government audit processes for vehicle testing centers. Coordinating machine installation and operational testing during vehicle inspection projects.
Repairing Pcb & assembling of Metal Detector in company & also in field like that Mall,Delhi Metro.
Assembly and production of electronic/mechanical equipment. Testing and quality inspection of assembled units. Maintaining production efficiency and meeting assembly targets. Supporting production team in troubleshooting assembly issues.
