Key Accomplishment: Change orders negotiation & cost control, implementation of Swiss standards in electrical, water supply works, change order negotiation etc. "Awarded with appreciation letter" Perto India Pvt Ltd – Jaipur (ATM manufacturing company from Brazil) MD being an architect, this is very high class finish plant with all steel structure as galvanized which is probably 1st in India, all utilities covered with proper ventilation, Basalt flooring, PRISMATIC SKY LIGHT from SUNOPTICS etc. Project consist of built up Area of 21000 Sqm and Project cost of 105 Cr. Key Accomplishment: Learning of limitations, precautions, bottleneck for galvanization of steel structure and their behaviour, change order negotiation. “Awarded with appreciation certificate by Perto management.” JCB India Ltd – Jaipur (New Manufacturing plan of JCB) – Complex and fast track project on about 70 acre land for manufacturing and assembly of JCB equipment’s. It has its own auditorium, tanning centre. Production was started in 7 Months and Project was completed in 18 months. The factory is platinum rated green building. Project consist of 80000 Sqm built up area and Project cost of 300 Cr.
