- Responsible for End to End recruitment process which involved recruitment drive initiatives such as promoting external recruiting and employee referrals. - Responsible for handling contractual staffing. - Worked closely with hiring managers on identifying open positions, job descriptions and recruitment planning. - Identifying and executing, recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. - Efficiently and effectively fill open positions. - Conducted regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. - Developed a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. - Ensuring fast response time to client’s needs and requests & maintaining a strong network across for contractual assignments. - Maintaining healthy HR relationships with candidates from their hiring till separation and post separation as well. Initiatives - Took initiative in arranging town hall meetings( delivery heads, entire BU and all the employees meet), where we made a platform for the employees to put forth their ideas, discuss on the issues with the managers and give and take suggestions; all at one place. - Support and drive all key initiatives, new sessions, camps - Peer to Peer recognition program - Initiated a new idea of a buddy HR – 1 designated HR for a group of employees, who acts as a first point of contact. (in process of being implemented).
