Mumbai Metro Underground Project, Mumbai ,Maharashtra, India *Execution of Blockworks Internal & external Rooms as per approved IFC drawings * Execution of Flooring works like granolithic flooring, granite flooring, Vitrified tiles flooring, Raised fill flooring and Raised access flooring as per issued IFC drawings * Execution of cladding works like dry wall cladding , granite wall cladding, ceramic wall tiles, granite column cladding , SS wall cladding works as per issued IFC drawings * Execution of False ceiling works like Metal baffle ceiling, square metal panel ceiling, as per issued IFC drawings *Execution of installation of metal doors & Iron Mangeris as per approved materials *Execution of Installation of Fire Rated & Non fire rated rolling shutters as per approved materials *Execution of wall plastering works by using approved Ready mix materials *Execution of MS Canopy works in All station Box entry exit areas as per approved materials *Execution of SS& MS handrails works in ALL station box and entry exit areas as per approved materials *Execution of external plastering works & Texture painting works of ancillary building as per approved materials * Execution and handing over the Rooms to the clients as per project requirements * CWIR / MIR raised to consultant for inspection. * Co -ordination with MEP / other agency of works at site. * coordinating with Consultant / Client to meet with project requirements to maintain High standards of safety & Quality Requirement. *Preparation of daily / Weekly / Monthly work done progress Reports. * Preparation of monthly subcontractor bills every months * Preparation of daily activity of works / Workmen Report send to Planning Department for updating site progress. * Preparation of monthly Reconciliation Report. * Preparation of BBS – basic elements of Block works RC structure Window, Doors, Other openings & services.
