About

I am a lower midmarket private equity investor, with broad sector experience and a natural flair for financial and commercial analysis, communication and operating with a high level of responsibility. Strong ability to undertake detailed analysis but also think strategically about the broader commercial context, synthesise information and articulate a succinct investment thesis. Excellent at building relationships with entrepreneurs, management teams, and advisors, with a proven network for deal sourcing. Sector generalist but my historical focus has been across healthcare, business services, and industrials. I am passionate about investing and fostering business growth, supporting entrepreneurs and founders through a period of rapid scale-up with hands-on strategic and operational expertise. This stems from my own entrepreneurial spirit and having grown up in a family of entrepreneurs. My natural interpersonal qualities and down-to-earth, approachable nature have allowed me to build a wide network of advisory and business relationships which generates new deal flow and portfolio opportunities. My style is highly proactive, self-motivated, energetic with a relentless work ethic, and I have no problem rolling my sleeves up and supporting my team on any task. Resilient and positive during busy periods, with high levels of professionalism and integrity. I thrive best in an entrepreneurial, dynamic, all-hands-on-deck culture and can work both independently and collaboratively. Previous experience: Investment Associate at Kester Capital; Transaction Services at PwC; Audit at PwC. I am a chartered accountant (ACA) and member of the ICAEW, and I am a CFA charterholder. I graduated with honours from the University of Warwick in Economics.
