• Created stacked model for prediction of Gasoil time spreads using Python, Tensorflow, Keras and XGBoost. • Deployed 5 PowerBI dashboards on refinery metrics, global supply-demand balances, and shipping flows to global trading desks. • Created live dashboard with an alerting system for crude traders and integrated a GARCH volatility model to visualize live prices and return probabilities using Python, Tkinter, Matplotlib and Bloomberg API. • Developed automation scripts using Python for data wrangling and ingestion of large unstructured datasets (over 1 million rows) reducing man-hours from 2 hour to 5 minutes per week. • Resolved 3 production level database issues alongside in-house data engineering team and designed data quality monitoring rules to ensure data consistency, accuracy, completeness and freshness.
• Built RESTful middleware API using NestJS and RabbitMQ for the Open Logistics Foundation blockchain project enabling customs transparency across 27 countries. • Worked closely with senior stakeholders to enrich documentation and outreach framework for open-source logistics projects.
