RESPONSIBILITIES/DELIVERABLES: Initial study of RFQ and feedback to the Marketing team. Complete project activities from Pre-RFQ to SOP Stage. Meeting customer requirements and drawing approval from customers. Preparation of 3D modeling & 2D drawing. Design calculation for spring. Complete and maintain all design documents. Benchmarking & Tear down activities of competitor products. Collect past trouble data (TGR & TGW) & make DFMEA meet all customer requirements and complete actions for all failure modes. Review DVP and DFM in Designing and validating. Working in ENOVIA (PLM) from creating ECO to drawing release. PROJECTS: Product: Door Checker Description: Design, modeling & Drawing for Checker Arm, Applying GD&T and stack-up analysis. Product: Hood latch Description: Design, modeling & Drawing for hood latch, Applying GD&T and stack up analysis CUSTOMER: Lucid, Ford Motor, Volkswagen, PSA (TCS), Renault Nissan, Ashok Leyland.
