Through my bachelor project at SEEN, I applied this knowledge in practice by delivering user-centered solutions that improve engagement and satisfaction in digital products. Responsible for planning and publishing content on Instagram for two seasonal restaurants by the Oslo Fjord. The role covered everything from idea development and content production to copywriting and community engagement, with the goal of building the brand and creating a summer vibe online. Developed a user-friendly solution for importing CSV files as part of my bachelor’s thesis. The project focused on big data handling and included designing prototypes in Figma, facilitating workshops, and conducting user testing to ensure usability. I also applied Kanban methodology to structure the workflow, which strengthened my skills in project management, collaboration, and iterative design.
Handled orders for hair products, courses, and accessories via phone and email, issued invoices, and collaborated closely with sales representatives and hairdressers. Solved challenges creatively and contributed to strong teamwork through clear communication and effective solutions.
