Ensures the organization adheres to data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Conducts privacy risk assessments and mitigation efforts to identify and address potential data privacy issues. Provides guidance on data privacy best practices to employees and stakeholders. Maintains records of data processing activities and prepares compliance reports.
Coordinates, implements, and tracks global compliance training. Analyzes and monitors training completion reports and follow ups as necessary. Completes compliance audits of various regulations and provide guidance to the business where required. Reviews and researches laws, regulations, guidelines, contracts, policies, procedures and other types of resources or documentation. Prepares for audits and due diligence activities, including the collection, preparation, review, and submission of information, data, and documents.
