I am a Marketing Manager at Infinity Security Papers, where I lead the value chain analysis, inventory management, supply chain coordination, vendor relations, CRM, e-commerce sales, and digital marketing for the company. User Growth base For this, I had to take up advertising and marketing endeavours which included: 1. Studying the demographics and consumer profiles of my assigned area. 2. Studying the order trends from the area (such as the minimum order value). 3. Studying the product supply available in the area. 4. Bringing restaurant partners on board for seasonal and weekly discount campaigns 5. Advertising in newspapers, radio, social media, etc. 6. Designing and implementing localised discounts and promotion campaigns both online and offline. 7. Analysis of the competition’s efforts at the same.
