My career is defined by leading complex health interventions at both national and international levels, most notably serving as the Minister of Health of Peru during the critical stages of the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, as the General Manager of Gobierna Consultores SAC, I provide strategic advisory services to navigate the complexities of modern health systems. My professional journey includes over a decade of experience as an official for major bilateral and multilateral agencies, including PAHO/WHO, UNFPA, UK-DFID, and USAID, working across more than 10 countries to strengthen health policy.
