Manage identity and access operations across hybrid environments, supporting incident and request handling through ServiceNow. Administer Microsoft Entra ID tenant and Active Directory on-prem services, including account lifecycle management, MFA troubleshooting, risky user remediation, and session control. Manage public and internal certificate issuance, renewal, and revocation, as well as apps registrations and enterprise apps. Collaborate with SOC team to resolve security incidents and support privileged access processes such as Crown Jewel Admin onboarding/offboarding, ensuring a secure and compliant identity infrastructure.
As a member of the global SecOps L3 team, I worked with INCs and WOs related to our Endpoint security tools (EDR, Orchestrator, EPM, TP and Firewall). I also provided global support to our L1 and L2 teams and occasionally, I helped to our L4 team with system migrations.
Responsible for safeguarding Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity across the site, ensuring compliance with corporate security standards and protecting critical industrial systems. Lead the monitoring, identification, and remediation of cyber threats and vulnerabilities across OT networks, assets, and shop floor operations. Manage asset inventory, support incident response, and drive continuous cybersecurity improvements through audits, training, and global transformation initiatives. Collaborate with IT, digital, and external partners to maintain secure, resilient, and compliant industrial environments.
Responsible for configuration, administration and repair of computing and network communications equipment and software. I give support to users by a variety of methods, and either provide technical expertise to users by verbal or written means. Responsible for the implementation, installation and configuration of systems and connectivity, and the administration and support of those systems. Ensure the effective operation of all systems; install and configure systems; recommend hardware and software acquisitions and upgrades.
