Manage all IT operations for approximately 150 employees as a one-person IT department. Administer Microsoft 365 E5 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, licensing, identity management, and security. Administer VoIP phone systems and conference call setup through Microsoft Teams. Administer Microsoft Defender security policies, endpoint protection, threat monitoring, and remediation across managed devices. Support more than 100 laptops, 100 tablets, mobile devices, printers, and field technology systems. Manage Autodesk products, Trimble Products, Egnyte Cloud, and Adobe Acrobat. Maintain Ubiquiti/UniFi networking, wireless infrastructure, and site-to-site VPN connectivity. Administer UniFi NAS Pro storage, project archives, email archives, backups, and retention policies. Administer AWS S3 for cloud backup. Deploy and support technology infrastructure for construction trailers and field offices. Administer Starlink Enterprise for all jobsite trailers. Manage vendor relationships, renewals, procurement, and technology lifecycle planning.
