I’m building software for football clubs. At BossLab, I focus on practical tools that help clubs bring more structure, overview and communication into their daily operations. No overly complex systems or unnecessary features, just tools that fit the reality of how clubs actually work day to day. Current products include: - SquadIQ, focused on squad overview, contracts, player availability and long-term squad planning - WhatsApp-based communication and automation tools for planning, FAQs and member communication - ClubPulse, a sponsor reporting tool that helps clubs show their reach across WhatsApp, social media and website traffic in one simple overview The goal is simple: take the fragmented and manual processes that still exist inside many clubs and turn them into clear, scalable systems. KICKSTOX - THE ULTIMATE FANTASY FOOTBALL GAME ● Chart successful course of developing a comprehensive online football stock trading game to a minimum viable product (MVP). ● Pilot the creation of new business models addressing existing regulatory conditions and market opportunities. ● Guide a cross-functional team of eight in developing the product ranging from software engineers to data scientists and marketeers. ● Establish multiple media partnerships across Southeast Asia, including the Emtek group—the second-largest media company in Indonesia. ● Attract a global base of 10,000 total users and 150 daily active users despite zero spent on marketing by building a community and through organic social media campaigns.
