Reporting to the Director of HR for Interserve Citizen Services Division (an operating division of Interserve PLC) responsible for the ER Case Management function across the three divisional business areas of Justice, Healthcare and Learning and Employment and managing the employer’s relationship with the recognised unions of UNISON and Napo.
