About

Contact: [email protected] 734.612.9960 Most HR consultants show up after things have already broken. I work with growing companies before the cracks turn into crises. My clients are in SaaS, engineering, tech, and nonprofits, and they all hit the same wall: their people processes stopped scaling somewhere around the time their headcount didn't. I come in and fix what's slowing them down — outdated systems, policies that were never quite right, leaders who haven't had the development they need to manage real teams. Recently, that looked like implementing a single HRIS that unified US PEO coverage, UK employer of record, global payroll, and performance management for a team spread across multiple countries. The technical side matters, but so does how people experience the change — I don't believe you have to strip the human out of HR to make it run well. If your org is growing faster than your HR infrastructure and you're not sure where to start, send me a message.
