I joined HiMama as employee #27 and had an amazing opportunity to build out the talent acquisition function. As the first TA hire, I led the growth of the company to 120+ employees across all functions: sales, customer success, engineering, marketing, people operations and revenue operations.
Within the first few months of joining HiMama, I was tasked with growing our sales development team and this is where I got my start in recruitment! 💫 I continued my journey at HiMama taking on the first official TA role as a TA Manager. Outside of recruiting, my role also included: 🎉 Company culture initiatives & event planning 🤗 Revamping and running our new hire onboarding program 🎯 Sales enablement ✍️ Social media coordination 🗄 Office management & administration 🎙Podcast production for the Preschool Podcast - I wore a lot of hats in my role. 🎩
