After 2 years within my dream role, my role changed to ensuring that the European Adobe talent machine, works the way that it should. Working as a Senior Recruiter, recruiting for and providing exemplary support and advice to both the public and private sector within the Reading area. I started working for Hays Specialist Recruitment as a recruiter in March 2007 specialising in recruiting temporary Accountancy Support positions up to the Part Qualified level, within my first full year I increased my daybook margins by £10,000. I consistently met all KPI’s set of me including business development, interview targets, jobs registered and job successfully filled. During this role I successfully completed Hays Recruitment Specialist training and completed performance targets to be promoted to a Senior Recruiter. In May 2009 I decided to change over to our Office Support division to manage a successful desk focusing on pure permanent recruitment. Here I recruited for positions ranging from part time receptionists through to project managers.
