I am a strong believer of the value of digital transformations and constantly seek opportunities to help clients adopt new ways of working to prepare the organisation for the digital future. My experience in several transformation projects has helped to build a strong understanding of processes (spanning across areas such as finance, compliance and operations), new digital tools and organisation structures to support holistic growth of organisations. As a management consultant, I get the opportunity to interact with clients and colleagues from many different backgrounds and industries - this has been and continues to be a source of joy and motivation at work. Outside of work, I spend my time either on the mat doing yoga, or mastering new crafts - most recently being digital illustrations!
