◈ Led set-up of a new Company Limited by Guarantee by driving a multi-stakeholder strategic review, redesigning and setting KPIs, and resolving key governance, corporate, and funding issues (e.g. audit, legal agreements, funding structure, SOPs, Board appointments). Aligned cross-division priorities to balance service needs with limited manpower supply. ◈ Oversaw policies on regulation of key social service professionals, balancing supply needs with quality assurance. Developed policy positions on registration parameters, risk assessment strategies, sector impact analyses, and communications materials. ◈ Drafted sector-wide manpower guidelines for tender evaluation and transition support for key sector policies. ◈ Evaluated MSF-funded programmes to optimise manpower allocation and resource efficiency. ◈ Core Speechwriting Team, including role as 2026 COS Speechwriter for SPS Eric Chua.
Oversaw Singapore’s bilateral economic relations with key markets in the Americas, including Brazil, Chile, and Colombia. ◈ Planned and executed high-level visits for Ministers and Senior Management, and hosted foreign VIPs in Singapore. ◈ Supported international trade negotiations, working with government agencies to assess and resolve policy trade-offs for agreements like the MERCOSUR-Singapore FTA and IPEF Fair Economy pillar. ◈ Drafted speeches, research briefs, and communications materials, and analysed global economic developments trends to assess their implications on Singapore. ◈ Supported the development of Singapore’s COP29 Pavilion Energy & Decarbonisation Day programme.
Secured subsequent 3-year funding of €80,000 by leading the impact reporting of PSYDEH’s cooperative development programme, producing insights in Spanish/English for funder reports on progress and KPIs. Visited cooperatives in the field to understand the impact evaluation challenges for community-led developmental programs.
◈ Oversaw programme evaluation and impact assessment, which included authoring insight reports & pitch decks, proposing success indicators and designing participant surveys. ◈ Fronted outreach and engagement of partners for new programmes ◈ Took initiative to enhance existing training programs by developing facilitation guides and workshop materials ◈ Proposed and initiated the creation and design of the new website for strategic communications
