20+ years of professional working experience spent with leading executive search firms and companies including Coca Cola, Google and Spencer Stuart. Currently the Talent Acquisition Leader for Coke's 4 Operating Units in Asia Pacific (India & SW Asia; Asean & South Pacific, Greater China & Mongolia and Japan & South Korea) responsible for a team that handles recruitment across all functions. Prior to joining Coke, was the POC responsible for leadership hires across Asia Pacific primarily for Marketing and Global Advisory Functions (including HR, Finance, Communications, Legal, and Government Affairs & Public Policy) at Google. Also involved in Cloud, Sales and Engineering leadership hiring. Prior to joining Google, spent time at Spencer Stuart as a member of their Global Consumer Practice based in Singapore. During the 11 years with the firm, worked in both the Australia and Singapore offices focused on senior roles primarily in the Consumer Goods, Hospitality and Retail sectors. Had also worked broadly across the consumer and life sciences space.
