Abogada de la Universidad de Chile con un Master en Public Administration por la Harvard Kennedy School. Tiene experiencia en el sector público y en el sector privado. Es Directora y Vice Presidenta de Innovación de Microsystem S.A., Microsystem.cl donde se desempeña como consultora en temas de transformación digital incorporando visión tecnológica, jurídica y de política pública. Realiza capacitaciones para organizaciones en negociación y manejo de conflicto; entorno y uso de redes sociales y capacitaciones en IA para colegios, fiscalías y estudios jurídicos con equipo multidisciplinario . Es directora de la ONG Innovacien, miembro del Chile California Council, consejera en CORFO, entre otras. Actualmente es panelista de T13 radio y ha sido colaboradora en revistas, y guionista. Escritora de cuentos infantiles, uno de ellos con 240.000 copias publicado en Chile y España. She conducts training sessions for organizations on negotiation and conflict management, social media engagement, and AI applications for schools, public prosecutors’ offices, and law firms, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. She is a Director at the NGO Innovacien, a member of the Chile California Council, and an advisor at CORFO, among other roles. Currently, she is a panelist on T13 Radio and has contributed to magazines and worked as a scriptwriter. She is also the author of children's stories, one of which has sold 240,000 copies in Chile and Spain and republished on 2024.

The Chile California Council is a non-profit organization that promotes mutually beneficial relationships and knowledge sharing between Chile and California in both the private and public sectors. On a daily basis, the CCC identifies opportunities for collaboration, facilitates strategic connections, and incubates ideas in a wide range of areas, particularly in education, environment, science, technology, and innovation. By promoting the value and the opportunities of long-term collaboration between Chilean and Californian individuals, organizations, businesses, and governmental institutions, the CCC seeks to contribute to the betterment of both territories. The Council’s Operations The CCC is an independent 501 c(3) nonprofit organization whose activities are made possible thanks to the financial contributions of both the public and the private sector, and in-kind support from its members, collaborators and partners.
