- Support recruiting for Corporate function. This includes hiring for all areas except Engineering and Pros (blue collar hiring). - Partner with Belong leaders and executives to source and sell candidates to come build with us!
- Source, screen, and close candidates while supporting hiring managers for a variety of technology related roles including: Software Engineering, Graphic Design, Data Analysis and Product Marketing.
- Sourced, closed, and onboarded 128 interns across seven organizations within Pluralsight. - Increased NPS from 84 (2020) to 100 (2021) by structuring program for personal and professional growth. - Built the process designed to convert interns, which resulted in a conversion rate of 81% of the cohort in the first year. - Strategically partnered with Howard University, improving BIPOC diversity from 24% to 43% YoY. - Owned logistics and managed day of execution for three hiring events supporting Sales, Product, and Technology teams that produced 30 hires.
- Hired more than 500 interns in the Engineering division across North America offices. - Managed relationship between Goldman Sachs and 8 different top-tier Universities. Planned more than 50 recruiting events per season and generated thousands of applications through the event attendees. - Developed a successful campus recruiting strategy by partnering with company leaders across multiple business units. - Nominated to plan and execute the Salt Lake summer analyst orientation and summer intern program, consisting of analyst roundtables, senior speaker series, global intern projects and events.
