I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and clinical experience in both hospital and private practice settings. I am passionate about supporting individuals and families through health and mental health challenges with compassion, evidence-informed care, and a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive approach. My experience includes supportive counselling in oncology, mental health counselling, suicide risk assessment, crisis intervention, psychiatric research, and peer support.
