I am a senior program and events leader with over 20 years experience delivering large-scale, high-profile initiatives across government, industry and community sectors. My career has been built on leading complex programs that bring together diverse stakeholders to deliver meaningful high-quality outcomes. I specialise in creating and managing programs that require strong operational leadership, stakeholder alignment and structured delivery, often within high visible or high-accountability environments. In my current role with the Department of Education, I lead statewide initiatives that promote vocational education and industry engagement, including the development of Victoria’s largest award winning hands-on career expo and the expansion of WorldSkills competitions.
