- As the 2nd PMM hire at Deel, I worked on 15+ product launches and multiple GTM strategies, messaging, and positioning, helping propel Deel from $50M to $1B run rate. - Built the product marketing engine from scratch -ICPs, buyer personas, 500+ sales assets, ROI calculators, battlecards, 130+ case studies & customer videos- now the org-wide source of truth for positioning and messaging. - I now lead a PMM team that turns customer and market intelligence into product roadmap input and buyer-ready narratives, arming 1,000+ GTM team members with proof points that win SMB-to-enterprise deals.
- Led a full brand transformation for a high-growth entrepreneurial coaching business, developing new messaging and visual identity across web, social, email, podcasting, and paid media, resulting in a 35% increase in lead generation. - Launched and scaled two digital products across 10+ countries (up from an initial 2–3), driving 2× YoY revenue growth by optimizing paid acquisition, landing page conversion, and email marketing. End-to-end funnel improvements also tripled earnings per lead. - Launched a podcast that ranked in Apple Podcasts’ Top 10 in Spain and Argentina and surpassed 100K downloads, positioning Nayla Norryh as a thought leader in the entrepreneurship space.
Drove end-to-end delivery of Pledu, Platforma5’s virtual learning hub, by steering a six-engineer squad through two-week Scrum sprints; shipped MVP on time while maintaining continuous release cadence. Laid the groundwork for future product-marketing roles where fluency in “dev-speak” is a differentiator.
