I support expats and their families in building a stable and fulfilling life abroad — especially when real life is more complex than expected. With over 20 years of experience in the education sector and my work with international families, I see challenges through the lens of the whole family system. Many struggles abroad are not individual problems — they are transition stress, nervous system overload, hidden culture shock, or family dynamics under pressure. I also work with families where daily life requires more structure, more energy and more emotional regulation than people from the outside might realise. When routines break during relocation, some families don’t just need adaptation — they need stability, translation and realistic strategies for everyday life. I help families and partners uncover solutions they often already carry within themselves — and translate them into practical, everyday strategies that actually work in real life. Drawing on my own experience as an expat and my professional background in education, coaching and family support, I focus on what is often not talked about: daily routines, emotional load, partnership stress, children struggling with change, and the invisible mental work behind relocation. My work combines systemic thinking, educational expertise and real-life applicability — supporting families not only in adapting abroad, but in building a life that is sustainable, honest and stable.
