As a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineering undergraduate at the University of Western Ontario, I have developed a strong passion for structural engineering and a commitment to solving real-world challenges through thoughtful, innovative design. During my time as a structural engineering intern at Sigmund Soudack & Associâtes Inc, I supported the structural design team on both residential and commercial projects. I gained hands on experience with structural analysis, column and footing design, structural layout planning, and coordination with architects and consultants. This experience gave me insight into the full project lifecycle and reinforced the importance of clear communication and collaboration in delivering successful outcomes. I’m proficient in tools such as ETABS and have a solid grasp of fundamental engineering principles, with a strong drive to keep expanding my technical expertise and contribute to projects that have lasting impact on the built environment. Outside of engineering, I’m an avid traveller. Exploring new places has made me more open-minded, adaptable, and eager to step outside my comfort zone—qualities I bring to every team and project I’m part of.
