I offer a high level of leadership as well as technical and operational experience around developing and delivering global sourcing, employer branding, recruitment, attraction and communication strategies (both internal and external) within global complex matrix organisations with a focus on a company’s employee value proposition. All of which is underpinned by diversity, inclusion and belonging. Before joining bp, I studied in Wales and then went on to work at several top communications and advertising agencies, assisting global clients with their employer branding. Aside from work, I am an avid reader and a keen runner.
