I started my career as the second hire at a female-led startup building affordable mental health solutions for women survivors of sexual violence, joining in a business growth position where I drove revenue by 25% in a year. Since then, I've moved into private wealth advisory, working both sides of the table: helping UHNW individuals deploy their wealth with intention, and guiding organizations around the globe on how to raise from private capital. To date, I've strategized $300M+ in capital flows to high-impact work, partnering with institutions like the Gates Foundation and the UN Foundation. Currently, I work at the world's oldest humanitarian organization, the Order of Malta American Association, where I lead capital allocation and development strategy. Outside of this, I also advise startup founders and nonprofits on fundraising and growth, and serve on the board of Futureline - a next-gen think tank reshaping the media narrative on climate and the future of our planet, founded by Sage Lenier, TIME Next Generation Leader. I am deeply interested in the question of how resources get organized around breakthrough ideas. And increasingly, that question has a specific urgency for me: I'm deeply committed to moving capital into the hands of women around the world and to changing the calculus on how much VC funding reaches women-led ventures. If any of this resonates, please do reach out!
