Responsible for the development and end-to-end management of a strategic offer focused on user adoption within the SAP ecosystem. o Strategic positioning within the Benelux entity o End-to-end project lead (incl. pre-sales, scope definition, budget, planning, delivery, and knowledge transfer) for major clients in Belgium, France, and the US o Client demos, POC proposals and collaborations with teams in Western Europe, Norway, and India o Point of reference for internal and external stakeholders
β’ Maintaining and growing sales relationships with a portfolio of clients β’ Assessing companiesβ needs, developing proposals, upselling/cross-selling, and negotiating prices β’ Ensuring continuous product (software) and service knowledge
β’ Managing payments, reports, account updates and accounting inquiries for all B2B clients across Canada β’ Maximizing value through problem-solving and CRM, in French and English across Canada and the US
