As a Technical Manager at SNG, I support the Land and New Business and Regeneration teams in driving strong technical standards and design quality from the earliest stages of each project. With a Master’s in Construction Project Management and a background in Architecture, I bring both technical understanding and practical delivery insight to assessing sites, shaping early design proposals, and supporting schemes through feasibility, planning and into delivery. Over the past seven years, I’ve coordinated and delivered a range of complex residential, care and education projects, including large-scale BtR developments, listed building regenerations, and specialist SEN and care facilities. Working closely with consultants, local authorities, building control and contractors to ensure compliant, buildable and high-quality design outcomes. I’m passionate about design management, sustainable construction and shaping projects that improve communities and people’s lives.
