As a Retail Operations Assistant, I contributed to optimizing the European sales network by preparing weekly and monthly reports (Retail Reports, KPIs) and performing data analysis to support strategic decisions. I was actively involved in the opening of new stores and the management of the sales network, including store closures and expansions. Additionally, I organised the two-day annual company seminar, ensuring a seamless and impactful event.
