Position involved: - Working with rotating mass storage technology - SATA Interface - Writing and debugging firmware for ARM based embedded controller - Use of In-Circuit Emulator (ICE) to analyze and debug the operations of the embedded system - Use of SATA bus analyzer to debug Device/Host protocol issues - Responsibilities for Management and Packaging of Customer Facing firmware release iterations - Management of branching and featuring integration of a large code base in a Version Controlled Environment - Testing Performance and feature completeness of devices using and in-house test environment. - Writing and modifying scripts in Python for some Secondary and Tertiary Purposes - Occasional use of PERL scripting language for miscellaneous parsing tasks
I worked with the COMET program providing general IT support as well as writing various scripts in php and PERL to genrate reports from a MYSQL database.
I worked as an intern at Dreamquest as part of the Senior Projects Class at CU. Used the Unity graphics Engine Wrote code C# as well as working with an existing base of C# Mercurial Version control using Tortoise HG as the frontend. My group and I ported software for an existing game onto mobile platforms.
